During the windshield repair process, the technician injects special resin into the damaged section of the glass. Optimal results are achieved under the following conditions:
Our nationwide lifetime warranty covers the repaired portion of the windshield against further cracking and guarantees that the repair will meet any state vehicle inspection requirements.
Additional Damage or Customer Dissatisfaction: If additional damage occurs from the repair point or if you are unsatisfied with the repair for any reason, we will credit the repair cost toward a replacement performed by Platinum Plus Auto Glass.
If your insurance company covered the repair, they will receive the credit, and you may still be responsible for any deductible if you opt for a windshield replacement. This warranty remains valid for the duration of your vehicle ownership or lease and is non-transferable. No other warranties, either express or implied, are applicable.
DISCLAIMER: In some instances, and not due to any fault of the repair technician, the damaged area may expand during the repair process, necessitating a windshield replacement. Such cases are not covered by the warranty, and Platinum Plus Auto Glass is not liable for the replacement cost or any additional damage incurred.
Recalibration Services: Our recalibration services come with a one-year guarantee from the date of recalibration or until the next recalibration event, whichever happens first. A recalibration event is determined by your vehicle manufacturer and includes instances such as vehicle collisions, windshield replacements, camera disconnections or removals, and vehicle realignments.
If you encounter a recalibration event, please consult your owner’s manual for guidance. Do not rely on your advanced safety systems until recalibration is performed by a qualified recalibration specialist. Remember, advanced safety systems are not substitutes for safe driving practices.

Limited Warranty:
Platinum Plus Auto Glass wipers are covered by a six-month warranty starting from the purchase date. Platinum Plus Auto Glass will, at its discretion, replace any wiper found to be defective in material or workmanship during the warranty period.
